I hold both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts in Elementary Education from Carson-Newman College. I have also taken and passed the Professional School Counselor Exam and will be licensed in grades K-12 soon. My versatility and dedication to my career has allowed me to be appointed by administrators to chair and participate in many committees at local and district levels. Trained in Love and Logic and Character Counts, I use these extensively throughout my classroom to promote a positive learning environment.
