I graduated in History in 1993. In 1995, after years of research in the public archives, I published a social/historical book entitled "Boretto e la sua gente"​ ("Boretto and its people") about the daily life of the inhabitants of a small village during the Second World War. I published other studies and essays on the Second World War, mainly from the prospective of ordinary life of people and focusing on the social tragedy of the civil war in Italy from 1943-1945. In 1999 after a selection, I took up my duties in AGCOM (the Italian national regulator for electronic communications sector) as Officer, at the Communication department, firstly, and at the International department afterward.
