After a few years as an elementary particles physicist, I worked for 8 years as General Manager of the Plastic Pipe Division at Dalmine (Tenaris today). Afterwards I co-fouded Cast Management Consultants, a small international strategy consultancy. For Cast I started its subsidiaries in Los Angeles and Shanghai. I have also been Managing Partner and Chairman of it. Subsequently I sold my shares and I bought shares of The European House - Ambrosetti. My experience is in corporate and international strategy for enterprises, institutions, cities, and territories. My goal is to leverage the European culture as a major tool for formulating innovative and effective strategies.
