I have worked for around twenty years as a Mgt. Consultant & Interim Manager. Nowadays I'm working as an Interim Manager and services provider for the private equity industry with the start-up Deal Italy Ltd. I still continue my work as a senior consultant with my own company, Sigma sei. I'm open to share experiences on the subject "Doing international business with the alternative capital finance". The focus is the financing needs of Italian SMEs in a global competitive context. I'm also interested on the approach to interim management for the foreign private equity firms from deal to exit.
