My career has developed in several distinct fields. I spent my first 5 years in the restaurant industry (Burger King, Autogrill and Pastarito) where I started as Trainee Assistant Manager in UK to reach the position of Area Manager for Rome and Central Italy. Following this, for a period of seven years, I operated as Retail Manager and General Manager in the consumer electronics business for two Dutch multinational companies active in the main European and South African airports (Take Off and Capi-Lux).
