Managing Technip-France Planning & scheduling department (about 80 people)
Mission: Ensure proper Planning estimates and controls from tenders to Projects’ completion
- Provide support with accurate schedules and tools to monitor and control the execution of major international projects for Oil & Gas industry (Offshore, Onshore and Subsea)
- Develop planning engineers skills and expertise (professional certification, knowledge of state of the art practices such as EoT, TIA, EVM, . . . .)
- Strengthen planning department attracting and hiring experience planners, develop gender diversity, develop planning leaders full potential
