Currently Head of System Engineering Department within the direction of Operations. Leading a team of 30 engineers to deliver quality services to over 20 NIMS-PrOptima customers. My main focus is business oriented with big care of CSAT. In the past I earn over 14 years’ experience as an Optimisation/Performance engineer (RAN, CORE, IP).
