I lead HR and IR strategy and operations to deliver desired business outcomes whilst promoting and modelling organisational values and behaviours. My background is mainly in industrial relations and law with additional experience in general HR, project management and workplace health and safety. I am currently the Director of HR Performance at Health Support Queensland where my focus is developing and leading a strategic human resources plan for the business.
