I am interested in challenging software engineering roles that allow me to solve complex problems, learn as much as possible, and support the objectives of the business. While I have traditionally worked more on the backend of software systems, I consider myself a fast learner and am able to pick up new skills and programming languages quickly. I have a strong interest in writing code to do cool things, especially relating to machine learning, distributed databases, new twists on web-applications, graph-oriented problems (e.g., social graph, security graph, rdf-type things), IT security problems, and many other things I am probably forgetting.
