As a management consultant I am one of few who combine an international leadership career with a doctorate in psychology. This second leg started with an MSc (Fil mag) in Stockholm (2001) focusing personality, leadership and group psychology. I was intrigued by why there are 75-80% failures in organisational change, but also why we need to blame it on conservatism, fear or anxiety. My experience pointed to often naïve psychology and planning.
