Primary function is to develop English-language improvement resources (websites and print material) for college-level English (ELIL and ESL) based on the MESRST/MELS curriculum; provide support to the network, collaborate with network partners and regularly give pedagogical workshops to Learning Centres around the province and oversee the CCDMD's Learning Centre Web site.
