Heribert Gaksch began his career at the hotel of his parents in Reit im Winkl in Germany’s Bavarian Alps then went on to learn the international hotel industry in Germany, Turkey & Thailand until he became Hotel Manager of the Tawana Ramada hotel in Bangkok, In June 1992, he took over Siam Flight Services (LSG Lufthansa Service Sky Chefs) and took this airline catering operation to a whole new level.
