Pedro has started his career in mining engineering in 2011, when he started his mining engineering degree at the Federal University of Campina Grande - Brazil.
In 2012, he joined the Petrophysics Laboratory of The Federal University of Campina Grande where he worked on iron ore petrophysical properties investigation from Carajas iron ore mine – Brazil.
In 2013 he was sponsored with a scholarship by the Brazilian Ministry of Science and Technology and moved to Perth - Western Australia, where he does part of his undergraduate degree in mining engineering at The University of Western Australia.
