I am a self-motivated person with a passion for IP communications. My personal goal is to constantly optimize my skills to an extensive level in maintaining and troubleshooting in enterprise networks. In my daily job, I work with several vendors that have forced me to learn the underlying techniques and not to focus on the way a vendor presents those. A touch of humor is important in my daily work.
