Peter Russo has worked at Middle School 88 as an assistant principal for the past 3 ½ years and has worked in the Department of Education for 10 years. Prior to joining the Middle School 88 family, he worked at Louis Armstrong Middle School as a special education teacher and staff developer. In 2011, he completed the Leadership in Education Apprentice Program (LEAP) and began his tenure at Middle School 88. Peter holds a Master’s Degree in Special Education and Public Administration. As a Master Assistant Principal, and in his current role as assistant principal, Peter is an active member of most teacher teams in the building and he implements new programs that meet the needs of our s
