I am an Information Technology Specialist, who has acquired extensive experience in electronic Government and Enterprise Systems Architecture disciplines. Worked on many government projects in Ghana, Benin and Liberia. Developed both the e-Government Strategy and the Enterprise Architecture for the Liberia Government. Also a seasoned Information Security professional and general IT Service Management Expert (ITIL Expert level).
