I'm an engineering leader who believes that small, high-performance teams can accomplish amazing things. I'm currently a Director of Engineering for Discovery & Playback Services at Netflix, a group that develops and runs the critical API systems powering the Netflix streaming experience. Prior to Netflix, I explored the impact technology could have on education as a TFA teacher, and then traveled from startup to national lab.
