Phylicia Porter is an public health advocate for health equity, quality education, and a "level playing field" for optimal quality of life regardless of race, creed, and gender among other social and political defining factors. Born and raised in Baltimore MD, Phylicia attended the Institute of Notre Dame on the east side of Baltimore City. After high school, Phylicia obtained two Bachelors of Science in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, and Bioinformatics and General Biology specializing in the Functional and Comparative Anatomy of Animals from Towson University.
