Since the early ‘80 I have been concerned with the communication’s studies, the new media and the new art forms, and with the relations among arts, sciences and technologies. I have been professor at the Universities of Rome “La Sapienza”, Bologna, Florence, at the SUPSI - University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland, and at the University of Urbino. Currently I am teacher in some institutions. Since 2007 I have been working as a supervisor in the M-Node PhD Research Programme of the Planetary Collegium (University of Plymouth), and in 2013 I have been appointed as Director of Studies.
