Since 2011, I am involved in architecture- and transformation-related initiatives.
My usual activities in Enterprise Architecture: TOGAF implementation, business/software/technical architecture design and evaluation, organization maturity assessment and improvement, training, technology & methodology watch.
In 2014, I relocated my main activities in the Lille area (France, northern), dedicating my effort in helping our retail clients and promoting the Arismore offers (EA evangelism !).
Between 2002 and 2010, I worked specifically in the telco fields, advocating and deploying emergent VoIP technologies.
