I know myself as a driven and highly motivated professional, always striving towards customer satisfaction. As a business analyst, product owner or functional analyst, my goal is to create those IT solutions that customers always wanted.
In order to achieve my goal, I try to keep on broadening my knowledge about design and analysis methods and methodologies. I have a special interest in lean and agile methods.
I started my career at Fin-Force NV as a functional analyst. Later on I evolved to business analysis and process analysis.
