April 2016, I have developed the Study Schedule for the Lusaka Water Project (This project schedule had to cover the main requirement for Water supply expansion, but also had to cover the infrastructure considerations related to Electricity, Solid Waste, Sewerage, Drainage, Roads and Housing)
In 2015, I played a key role in the talks around Globally Standardized, Centralized, Consolidated and Integrated Systems in the Project Controls space. Further to this the application of my skills were extended to the designing and implementation of the Audits Master Schedule and its scheduling processes.
