About
I am an expert in guiding teams and whole organisations on their Lean & Agile journey. I am passionate about helping to deliver value faster in a predictable way and making companies a fun and productive place to work at. I am doing this as a Kanban Coaching Professional (KCP). I train agile practices and Kanban on all levels in organisation and teams, to bring out the best performance possible. I use my expertise as Enterprise Service Planning trainer to achieve agility at scale in organisations. Currently, I am leading a team of 10 agile coaches at eDreams Odigeo, one of the worlds leading travel companies.
