The research works I was involved taught me the ways of designing an effective clinically relevant clinical research, manpower management, various techniques I was involved with, the intricacy of statistical analysis and writing good publishable research articles. Inter-personal and inter-laboratory relationship development was very crucial in executing these multi-departmental works. I want to work as faculty in basic sciences department, where in collaboration with clinical departments, I can conduct clinical trails on cell culture models which may facilitate the healing of patients.
