I am Msc. Physics from BITS, Pilani and MBA-HRM from XIMB. I am working with Aircel Ltd in the capacity of Assistant Manager. I am good with data analysis, Labor laws, Stakeholder Management and designing new frameworks and processes. I have managed HR Operations and HR Automation/HRIS roles respectively in my current organization. Having worked in both generalist and Centre of Excellence (CoE) roles have provided exposure to me on Front End as well as Backend Roles.
