OpEx Leader (Manufacturing) - Strategic Development

As an Operational Excellence Leader for the Strategic Development group of the Medical Supplies business unit within Covidien, I drive implementation of DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFSS (Design for Six Sigma) principles in the launch of new product platforms. I also play a key role in relationship management with strategic suppliers to develop business partnerships integral to the deployment and realization of the division's objectives. Currenty as part of a core team launching ground-breaking enteral feeding technology products, I lead the OpEx/Mfg efforts while working with partners in a global supply chain across Asia and the USA.
