As a PM my primary objective is to achieved the goal of the project and Additional objective is to focus on customer satisfaction and quality. My all objectives to support each goal are based on the triple constraints model of time, cost and scope. For me each objective is specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and time-bound, or “SMART.” I always review the project and record the good and bad points, so that in the future, successes can be repeated, and failures avoided.
