MY SAP experience includes SAP Installations & Maintenance.I have to work onUNIX OS and also at Oracle database.I work on Problem management and Incident management.My work includes understanding the requirement of our clients, communicating with them and providing them solutions different SAP related issues, such as :: Issues Related to various concepts such as Back ground job administration and scheduling, Creating/deleting of Roles and Assigning Roles to users, SAP Installation, Solving Issues Related to SAP System (Incident Management), Profile parameter administration, Operation modes management, Client and User Administration and various other concepts.
