I am a freelance HR. I wish to network with as many people looking for jobs through facebook. I don't work for any consultancy nor do i charge candidates for job reference. I get paid from companies only if i refer good candidates to them. For the moment i am linked to an international BPO and hiring experienced candidates who are interested in a better salary package and want to work in a happening work environment.
