I started my hotel career in United Kingdom by working in 3* hotel (PREMIER INN) while studying and was fascinated by hotel industry therefore decided to continue in the same profession and worked hard to prove myself in the extensive hotel industry in West where Customer Services, Customer Satisfaction comes first by all means. It was beautiful to learn new techniques, working with people of various cultures, languages, and unique mindsets I learned a lot.
