KEL - Lezha Ecological Club is established in 1997 as an Albanian NGO, dealing primarily with Natural Resource Management, Preparation and Delivery of various Training Courses, Provision of Technical Assistance, and Preparation/Implementation of projects oriented to Natural Resources. Considering the need for information flow in the field of Natural Resources, Agriculture, Tourism, Environment, and the potential of KEL members to contribute in this field, based on its own initiative, KEL started to publish the newspaper “Kurora e Lezhes” (Lezha’s Crown”).
