I have been pursuing my PhD research work entitled "IT Innovation Implementation Effectiveness". The context of my study is Higher Education Institutions in Indonesia. Based on historical context of Educational institutions in Indonesia Islamic-based higher education institutions have influences the establishment of education sector in the country. Currently, there are two departments have handled educational institution in Indonesia, first one, Ministry of National Education (MONE) and second one is Ministry of Religious Affairs (MORA). MORA was focus on Islamic-based Higher Education Institutions, where as the National Education Institutions have coordinated by MONE.
