We have decided to take an early retirement and self-fund ourselves (prior to getting access to the aged pension-partial in June 2015) as my contract work ceased at end of May (7 years of a rolling 6 month contract). I have been looking at options for several weeks now in terms of retiring early. My wife and I have now worked out what is the best way to go, and it’s called “let’s enjoy life together”.
