My primary role is to manage large Insurance client transformational programs within Cognizant's Business Process Services (BPS) unit. My mission is to deliver on our client's and Cognizant's expectations relating to financials, schedule, and quality. I've successfully led two of the largest programs ever undertaken by Cognizant, and recently started a third. I've also generated new business for our practice. My knowledge of the insurance process in Underwriting, Claims and FAO, has helped shape solutions that resulted in new business wins, and led to better solutions for our clients.
