Managing the sales & operations of the entire group of Nazih Company at UAE.
Overall responsibility for managing both the revenue and cost elements of a company's income statements & accountable for the combined profit and loss of the Retail Division which consist of 24 showrooms. The same functions apply for the Sales Division consisting of Area Sales Managers & Sales Force Team.
Responsible for setting the Business Plan & Feasibility Study for every new showroom, and also setting the strategy of sales in the UAE Market.
