As a principal and head of client service at BLACKBELT, Rachel is excited about bringing passion back to the craft. She spent the majority of her 20+ year career in strategy and client service capacities for top tier agencies including Rosetta, Ogilvy and Digitas. She also worked client- side as Customer Experience Director for Zinio, where she focused on integrating the voice of the customer into the company’s marketing, product and customer service.
Rachel is known for developing simple solutions to complex problems that drive impact. She has delivered holistic programs for clients including American Express, BGI, Charter, DirecTV, Eli Lilly, IBM, Intel, Intuit, Jaguar Cars, Microsoft.
