I am aiming at providing cost effective diagnostic test which can be done in Hospital settings or an Clinical Laboratory which include all disease diagnosis by using direct crude samples from patients with in 15 minutes using Molecular diagnostic methods. I am developing rapid dry based PCR master mix which consists of all additives just need to add water and sample no need for DNA isolation and by using Electrical Label free detection method which takes only 15 minutes for detection for 96 samples at a time and cost of single test is only 10 to 20 rupees. currently i am working with many hospitals so that this can be implemented in diagnostic field for rapid, sensitive and cost effective...
