An Overall experience of 15 years with the first 2.5 years in the HR function, 11 years in HRIS and 2 years in IT in a Multicultural International Environment .
Experience includes :
a)Industrial Relations and generalist HR role in Manufacturing setup in Gujrat and Delhi NCR. With an Indian Multinational and an Indo Japanese JV - both World Leaders in the respective markets.
b)HRIS and Strategic role in IT in an European semiconductor Organization - including working from France for a year and managing teams in US , France, Italy, Singapore and India . Working in a Multicultural environment with Projects engaged with times across continents .
