More than nine years of research, documentation, training, monitoring and evaluation, Material Development, Teacher Training, Teacher Educator Training and project management experience in elementary education with good planning, organizational and communications skills. Skilled in field research, data collection/analysis and report writing, Experience in qualitative research methodology and in use of software such as MS-Office, Internet and SPSS.
I joined Azim Premji Foundation in February, 2012 at its State Institute in Jaipur. As a Resource Person my work was to help in formulate and implement Annual Work Plan in consonance with State’s Five Year plan involving Primary and Secondary Re.
