Hey I'm Randy Bett-happily married to Sandy Bett for over 31 years-just celebrated our first date over 33 years ago on January 28, 1978!
We have two awesome kids-Chad and Nicole. Both of them are in the real estate business with us too!!
Just editing my second book on "hybrid" real estate investing-a combination of Buy and Hold and Lease Option-includes a 57 day action plan too.
Also have completed the draft of our 52 Week Real Estate Action Guide.
