I wish to combine my technological and management strengths to enhance productivity in the fields of healthcare and education which outpace the CPI (consumer price index) by several fold in annual cost increases. I have benefited from directing a five year project at Motorola to enhance their engineering design productivity. We were able to show a six fold improvement in productivity. Much larger improvements have been realized by others in the areas of chip design & fabrication, and DNA sequencing.
