1. Expertise with Set up and operation of Connect world, 3-GIS, MapInfo, AutoCAD, Google Earth, Micro Station V8i, BSTCAD, O-CAL. 2. Expertise in aerial, buried and underground construction for FTTH. 3. Expertise to create detailed field drawings. Deep understanding of communications construction processes (OSP Placing, OSP Splicing). 4. Prepare Test Reports Following up appropriate actions as directed by customer. 5. Good in escalations of all implementation discrepancies against the issued standards to Project Leads and Customer. 6. Deadline and detail-oriented. Flexible and able to think quickly 7. Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
