I am an instinct driven person, not that my instincts are missing the intellect, but my instincts originate because of my intellect. People that I know, only do what they are told to do at least have the intellect to follow a person who has a higher intellect then them. Introspection: there is a reason why I am this way and why we are the way we are. I had a mentor, some time ago. Although we spoke face-to-face only couple of times, but he had a clear cut understanding of what I say, and why I am saying that. Now I think, How the hell did he do that? I mean every freak in time, thats voodoo But sadly NO, He had worked upon an aspect of himself which we all have, but sadly never acknowledge it and never deliberately polishes it to keep on top of things. Let me explain with a little example from every ones life. We all did things like chinning up the bar, back flips, jumping from heights more than ours, cycling without holding the handle, and crazy things. But now that we are in 30s, late 30s, or 40s we dont do it, Or are not able to do it. Hey, not that I want you to go ahead and try that, but just think. We never kept up with the technique to be able to do it. Now, go back a paragraph in your life, we understood a simple thing that, To be on top of things its important to observe them and keep doing them. As in chanting the verses of a song, or a prayer, or revising an essay or formulae before test. And which is a very common lesson, to be on the top of things, it is important to observe them and keep doing them. We already know that. But WAIT, many of us think the important phrase in the sentence above is, keep doing them as in practice them. Well, then you cant practice back flips when you are 40. For most of us it might not even be possible. So what is the most important thing in the sentence above, well some of us may say, choose the things that you can practice and then stay on top of them. Hmm, right to some extent, but isnt that why we have a PHD in Mechanical Engineering and all he does is Provide Mechanical Engineering Advise to People who have not been able to do a PHD in Mechanical Engineering. Well, almost anyone who has a PHD in any subject can provide any guidance to somebody who DOES NOT have a PHD in that subject. And I DID NOT want to make that point. So what is it, what is the lesson that I am trying to grasp here. Its simple, if you have read this far in the article; we for sure have been doing it all the way. The thing is Observation. Well, as stupid it may sound it is Observation of the things that are related, unrelated, do-able, un-do-able, done them once, want to do it again, begin observing the people who are doing it, maybe you do it better than them.
So let me remind about the mentor I had who used to have a clear understanding of people even in a small conversation. Well, observation is an art or should I say science that boosts up our learning to such a steep curve that you turn out to be a genius never mind the intelligent, folks. Dont believe me No, come on dont be shy, ok. Heres the proof. You could barely cry well enough when you were born, how did you start to speak and communicate with people around you, simple you started observing them and for most of the lucky ones observed their mothers , and hence we call it the mother tongue. A man once observed the birds fly and hence the airplanes. Newton once observed the apple fall and hence the science. Archimedes once observed him floating in the bath tub and hence the ships and submarines. Well, for those who still have a doubt, a man once observed a girl for some time, until she observed him back, and now they have babies. Country X observed the Country Ys resources and now they fight. People observe and educate themselves for free. Surveyors observe and get paid Lawyers, my friends observe and actually say something so they get paid a hell lot. And Doctors observe, say something and get your permission and do it, so .. You know what I mean. Well, for everything that happens around us or with us for the most part one thing common in everything is the observation.
