I am a learning designer for the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University. I'm I also the minister of 2 United Methodist churches in State College, PA (Houserville House of Hope and Woodycrest UMC). I'm working on my Ph.D. (ABD) in Human Resource Development and Organization Developmentat Penn State. Also, you should know that the farmville farmer on this account is my husband, not me :)
