Civil Engineer with a Master Degree in Geotechnics, and a PhD, in the topic of internal erosion in embankment dams, at the most reputable and prestigious national university. Since 2004, experience in Embankment Dams Engineering, at a state-owned research, development and Innovation (R&D&I) institution that delivers top-level consultancy, and advises the government in technical and scientific matters related with Civil Engineering, and, in particular, in regard to dams safety.
