I have split my career path into two directions each of with vie for me attention. The first one is in education. I have taken more serious interest in technology and how it can help students learn traditional subjects. The second path is through the military. Though technically trained as a Public Affairs Soldier, I am interested more broadly in leadership, training, and counterinsurgency. That last item comes from my, so far, successful reconciliation of the two career paths. As a Ph.D. candidate, I have learned that I can use my commitments and resources studying what I find most interesting.
