- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key contacts (e.g. deans, directors, researchers, professors, student and alumni representatives, etc.) to enhance Alltech's presence at target universities or institutions - Develop internal and external communication strategies and tools to increase awareness of Alltech’s Educational Initiatives and attract participants - Develop recommendations for improvement - Implement and drive new initiatives (Innovation Competition and other emerging projects) - Track, analyze and report on metrics and effectiveness of our educational programs in Latin America (AYS, ULT and Alltech Career Development Program).
