Richard joined the Plantronics team in 2003 as Product Marketing Manager for the Contact Centre & Office product portfolio across EMEA. He was promoted a number of times, including in 2008 to Segment Manager for E&A, a position which he has now held for 5 years. In this role Richard is responsible for marketing to Plantronics’ Enterprise and Contact Centre customers across E&A. Richard’s expertise is in understanding customer’s current requirements and how these will change based on future trends. This insight enables him to successfully deliver new products, services and campaigns.
