With the Affordable Care Act (ACA) mandating the most sweeping employer compliance changes ever seen, ADP is uniquely positioned to help its clients comply with this legislation while controlling cost and reducing risk. I am charged with creating and managing strategic partnerships around ADP's Health Compliance solution with alliances, private equity firms, brokers, consultants and other channel sales programs for Added Value Services (AVS) division.
