I have extensive experience in the surface coating industry, covering many areas of research and development. My career has ranged from the painting of ships, to the application of nanotechnology to solve optical problems in flexible displays. I am presently working on ways of how to improve the performance of radiation curable coatings on flexible plastic substrates and how to apply this technology to industrial scale processes.
